Agreement

These terms cover your use of thestorywell.co, operated by Hans Tullmann and Angela Lockard, doing business as The Story Well Collective ("The Story Well Collective," "we," "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is for

The website describes our Legacy Story Sessions and Clarity Quest coaching and lets you book a free discovery call. Descriptions of packages and add-ons are general information, not an offer or a price quote. Booking a discovery call does not commit you to anything.

Our services are covered by a separate agreement

If you decide to work with us, the details (what is included, price, schedule, payment, cancellation, and who owns and may use the recordings) are set out in a written client agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the client agreement wins.

Booking and communication

Discovery calls are booked through Google Calendar. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or write to hello@thestorywell.co.

Our content

The text, logo, photos, and design of this website belong to The Story Well Collective or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site, but please do not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without asking us first.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website: for example, by trying to break into it, interfere with how it works, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.

Other websites

Some links, such as our booking page, take you to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be error-free or online. Coaching sessions are for personal growth and direction; they are not therapy, counseling, or professional career, legal, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Story Well Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Kern County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
