Several themed sessions, such as Marriage and Love, Career and Calling, or Faith and Life Lessons, edited together into a short documentary-style film that captures a complete life story.

Legacy Story Sessions

How a session works

A guided legacy interview that preserves a life story with dignity and care, for the generations who come after.

Discovery call

A free 30-minute call with whoever is arranging the session. We talk through what you hope to capture and choose the right format together. Once a package is agreed, a simple contract follows.

Pre-interview call

Before recording, we talk with the interview subject or a family member to gather what matters most and narrow it to a focused list of questions.

Video interview

Recorded on site by our team with a two-camera setup and proper lighting. We ask the questions and keep the conversation unhurried.

Edit and deliver

We edit the interview into a finished film and deliver it as a private online link. A USB drive, transcript, or printed keepsake can be added.

Add-ons

Build it out as far as you like

  • Scanned photos and video B-roll (12 or 25 images)

On-site visits outside the Bakersfield area carry a travel fee. Online interviews are available for subjects who live farther away.
